Job summary

Transamerica Corporation is seeking a specialist to coordinate Match and Profit Share calculations for Mega and Large market clients. The role involves loading data, creating year-to-date base calculation files, and assisting clients with Transamerica outsourcing technology.

You will support ROC, SharePoint and Access databases and help load client remittance data. The candidate will communicate with clients and internal teams, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing, with minimal travel in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, system-related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years pension, accounting or technical experience preferred.
• Experience with pension processes and data systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Format EXCEL files and implement IF statements for Match/Profit Sharing calculations.
• Load data files and manage outsourcing service setups with clients.
• Update ROC tables and coordinate data transmissions between Transamerica and clients.
• Support SharePoint and Access databases used in outsourcing projects.
