Glen Park Senior Living in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Marketing Director/ Retirement Counselor to drive occupancy and lead generation while onboarding new residents. You will leverage CRM tools to nurture prospects, present community benefits, and coordinate admissions with families and residents.

The role requires engaging with aging adults respectfully, coordinating with the Executive team, and participating in community events to showcase the facility's strengths and care approach.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to present a professional image in outreach and onboarding.
• Experience with older adults is preferred.
• Completion of at least 60 college or continuing education units is required.
• First aid/CPR training is preferred.
• Flexibility to relocate and travel as needed for the position.
• Execute a Strategic Marketing Plan effectively.
• Utilize CRM software to manage all contacts.
• Show compassion and uplift seniors and their families.

Responsabilités

• Attend monthly family Potlucks.
• Obtain complete and accurate information to facilitate the admissions process.

Physical Requirements:

1. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
2. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
