Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant – Retirement to build and sustain strong relationships with an assigned book of law firm clients. You will discuss service levels, plan utilization, and fund performance to drive retention and satisfaction.

In this role you will coordinate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to meet client needs and resolve issues, while ensuring understanding of client requirements and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• FINRA SIE and Series 6 must be obtained within 120 days.
• 3+ years of plan/client relationship experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of 401(k) plans and ERISA provisions.
• Familiarity with the company’s products and services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to email and phone inquiries from an assigned book of business.
• Assist clients through cyclical events (Form 5500, nondiscrimination testing, year-end activities).
• Support client satisfaction and retention via periodic meetings and discussions.
• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to meet client needs.
• Resolve client issues and escalate when needed; maintain client relationships.
