Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant - Retirement to build and maintain relationships with an existing book of law firm clients under general supervision.

The role drives client satisfaction and retention through proactive discussions on service levels, plan utilization, product offerings, and fund performance. You will respond to inquiries, assist with Form 5500 and year-end activities, and collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to support client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• FINRA SIE and Series 6 must be obtained within 120 days.
• 3+ years of plan/client relationship experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of 401(k) plans and ERISA provisions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to email and phone inquiries from an assigned book of business.
• Assist assigned clients through cyclical events, including Form 5500, nondiscrimination testing, and year-end activities.
• Support client satisfaction and retention through periodic client meetings and discussions covering service levels, plan utilization, product offerings, and fund performance.
• Work closely with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to support client needs.
• Resolve client issues and elevate matters to management as appropriate.
