Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in business, HR or related field.
• Five to seven years of HR and Benefits Administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and IRS rules.
• Experience auditing retirement programs and Form 5500 filings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and reporting annual retirement programs across networks.
• Audit internal controls to ensure data integrity and reduce corrections.
• Maintain pension administration system with regular audits for accuracy.
• Coordinate data for annual Form 5500 and PBGC filings.
• Develop end-user skills in HRIS for retirement programs.
• Collaborate with HRIS, payroll and IT to maintain employee data.
• Develop procedures and communications for retirement programs.
• Monitor employee patterns across multiple plans and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Handle administrative aspects of Yale New Haven Health retirement programs.
• Assist Retirement Benefits Manager to ensure ERISA compliance.
