You will collaborate with HRIS, payroll, and recordkeepers to prepare testing data, review match true-ups, and assist with external audits. A background in finance or analytics and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quantitative or analytical experience in finance, accounting, compensation/benefits, mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong data reconciliation and advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Experience with 401(k) or defined contribution plan administration and ERISA/IRS guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit & Compliance: prepare testing data, review legacy match true-ups, support annual external retirement plan audit.
• Quantitative & Financial Analysis: apply plan rules, scrub data, and assist with retirement contribution calculations.
• Plan Administration & Operations: serve as primary contact for participant inquiries and maintain data quality in HRIS and recordkeeper systems.
