Qualifications

• Ability to work directly with physicians, patients and staff.
• Willingness to travel to other clinic locations.
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliant workstation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain chart from office.
• Call patient back by name and verify DOB.
• Greet patients and introduce self and role.
• Dilate patients' eyes.
• Complete patient histories and record vitals.
• Enter chief complaints and diagnostic data into EHR.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage clinic flow.
• Stock rooms and ensure equipment is ready for patients.
• Assist with referrals and patient communications.
• Maintain a clean and compliant work environment.
