Qualifications

• Full-time Ophthalmic Technician position working with retina specialists.
• Must be able to travel to other locations as needed.
• HIPAA and OSHA compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for Valeda treatments per provider orders and protocols.
• Coordinate authorizations and ensure treatment eligibility before scheduling.
• Prepare and organize patient charts, imaging, and required testing for Valeda visits.
• Assist with patient work-up including medical history and readiness for treatment.
• Support clinical staff during Valeda treatment workflow for efficient patient flow.
• Educate patients on Valeda treatment expectations, scheduling, and follow-up visits.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and ongoing treatment schedules.
