Qualifications

• Ability to schedule patients for Valeda treatments per provider orders and protocols.
• Coordinate and confirm required authorizations and ensure treatment eligibility.
• Prepare and organize patient charts, imaging/testing for Valeda visits.
• Assist with patient work-up and verify medical history and medications.
• Support clinical staff during Valeda treatment workflow to maintain timely patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for Valeda treatments per orders.
• Coordinate and confirm authorizations and eligibility.
• Prepare and organize patient charts and required imaging/testing.
• Assist with patient work-up and medical history verification.
• Support clinical staff during Valeda treatment workflow to maintain patient flow.
• Provide patient education on Valeda treatment expectations and follow-up visits.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and ongoing treatment schedules.
• Communicate with providers, technicians, and pre-authorization teams.
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliant workstation.
