Job summary

The Baltimore Police Department seeks a Retention & Workforce Planning Coordinator, Grant Service Specialist III (GSS III), to lead department-wide retention initiatives. You will serve as project manager, coordinating HR, Recruitment, Training, and executives to implement and measure retention strategies.

Responsibilities include developing retention plans, dashboards, and performance metrics; conducting workforce analytics; coordinating cross-bureau activities; and supporting grant-funded

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and four years of professional experience in program management, workforce planning, or related fields.
• At least two years of experience leading projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, or supervising staff.
• Experience with data analytics, grant management, and workforce analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, updating, and implementation of the Department's Retention Plan.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and manage retention initiatives across bureaus.
• Develop retention dashboards and analyze workforce trends to inform decisions.
• Support grant-funded workforce programs and audits as required.
