The role blends analytics, policy development, and stakeholder engagement to support retention, engagement, and workforce planning across bureaus and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration or related field.
• 4 years of progressively responsible professional experience in program management or related area.
• At least 1–2 years leading projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, or supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, updating, and implementation of the department's Retention Plan.
• Develop timelines, work plans, milestones, and implementation schedules.
• Lead retention workgroups and cross-functional meetings with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and report on retention objectives and risks.
