East Central College is hiring a full-time Retention Specialist to provide coaching, mentoring, and supplemental instruction that supports student success for those impacted by environmental and readiness factors.
The position is grant-funded with a salary range of $19.73–$26.69 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and tuition-related programs. Access to resources and collaboration with counseling and learning centers are emphasized.
East Central College has opening for a full-time Retention Specialist responsible for providing retention support systems including coaching, mentoring, and supplemental instruction to ensure student success and retention for students impacted by environmental, social support, and college readiness factors.
This position is Grant Funded.
Minimum Qualifications: (A comparable amount of training, education or experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.)

Salary range: $19.73 – $26.69 per hour. While the full salary range is provided for growth potential, most new hires are initially placed within the lower portion of the range based on experience and institutional compensation guidelines. Position is level 105 and is grant funded.
