Job summary

HP is seeking a CRS Specialist to lead, co-lead, or support renewal, extension, retention, and expansion strategies for existing Managed Print Services (MPS) and Managed Device Services (MDS) accounts in partnership with Sales, Pursuit, COE, Solution Architects, Delivery, Finance, and contract governance teams.

You will drive renewal readiness, forecast renewals, manage renewal opportunities in HP Dynamics, develop renewal plans and value-added services, coordinate with Pursuit, and support

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in relevant field or commensurate experience.
• Typically 4-7 years of work experience in technical selling, account management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support renewal governance, forecasting, and prioritization of expiring contracts.
• Develop renewal plans and roadmaps in alignment with customer needs; analyze renewal viability.
• Coordinate with Pursuit, Sales, Delivery, and other teams for renewal vs. extension decisions and RFP support.
• Log and manage renewal opportunities in HP Dynamics; prepare renewal deal evaluations and value-added services plans.
• Support contract negotiations and approvals, ensuring compliance with governance paths.
