Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months experience in administrative role, preferably in an HR environment.
• Experience using ADP and Microsoft Excel highly desired.
• Knowledge of current State Labor Laws.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee questions and escalate to supervision/HR as needed.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees at the plant level.
• Develop and distribute monthly reports to plant leadership and support departments.
• Assist in contacting employees regarding attendance issues and schedule changes.
• Check-in with new hires during their first 90 days to ensure policy understanding and smooth integration.
• Address employee concerns with the appropriate authority.
• Coordinate PPE and introductions to ensure department readiness for new hires.
• Conduct exit interviews to capture trends and improve practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
• Support lean manufacturing efforts and other duties as assigned.
