Asset Marketing Services, LLC is seeking a Retention Marketing Specialist to support AMS's customer retention strategy through email and direct mail campaigns. The role balances day-to-day campaign execution with project ownership, working closely with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and other teams.

The ideal candidate will manage campaigns, drive retention initiatives, and maintain organized project plans in a hybrid in-office/remote environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in direct response marketing or similar role with strong project management.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (CRM platforms and analytics).
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions; proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Monday.com and Listrak is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead retention project management from planning to completion with cross-functional teams.
• Build, review, schedule, and deploy email and direct mail campaigns.
• Assist with audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign setup.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Merchandising, Brand & Creative for assets and timelines.
• Maintain flexibility in work schedule; support general marketing team efforts.
