Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Retention Marketing to lead planning, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and other owned channels. This role focuses on independent management of campaigns with cross-functional inputs.

The position offers flexible remote or hybrid scheduling with core business hours, travel to the home office as needed, and a strong emphasis on data-driven improvements and performance insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in CRM/retention marketing or related field.
• Experience coordinating campaign timelines, approvals, QA, deployment, and performance reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a primarily remote or hybrid environment with strong communication.
• Availability during core business hours to support meetings and launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and optimization of retention campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and other channels.
• Build campaign workbacks, timelines, approvals, QA checkpoints, deployment readiness, and post-launch analysis.
• Serve as CRM coordination partner for Creative, Merchandising, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Analytics, IT, agencies, and vendors.
• Own campaign setup, orchestration, QA, deployment, and monitoring in CRM and marketing platforms.
