Huckberry is seeking a Retention Marketing Associate to drive and execute retention campaigns and own the production of the Huckberry Newsletter sent to 1M+ subscribers, three times weekly. You’ll collaborate with Go-To-Market and Creative, manage product merchandising, and support SMS and direct mail campaigns with strong project management.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in email marketing and lifecycle operations, excellent communication, and experience with ESPs like Klaviyo.

Formación

• 3+ years in email marketing, digital merchandising, or lifecycle operations.
• Able to manage multi-channel production schedules and hit deadlines.
• Proficient with ESPs and SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Lead weekly cycles to deliver 3 emails per week and 4 SMS campaigns monthly.
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market and Merchandising for product selection and positioning.
• Serve as the central point of contact for campaign feedback and edits.
• Own reporting across email and SMS and surface learnings.
• Partner with Retention Marketing Manager to design A/B tests.
• Identify bottlenecks and build scalable workflows for launch efficiency.
