Job summary

Alta Pest Control is seeking a high-energy Retention Lead to join our growing inbound customer service center. You will train, coach, and lead a team to improve customer retention while supporting company growth. Compensation includes incentives and strong benefits.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and effective communication to resolve issues and reduce cancellations. Idaho residency is welcomed within eligibility, with full-time availability and ongoing training

Responsibilities

• Train new representatives for the Retention Team.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching on customer retention.

• Review save opportunities and performance with the team.
• Meet with leadership to provide feedback and improve systems.
• Respond to emails and coordinate with department leadership.
• Analyze metrics to enhance team processes.

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a high-energy retention lead to join our team in our growing inbound customer service center. In this role, your energy and enthusiasm can directly impact your paycheck! We provide the training you need to succeed.

Pay

$16/hr + pay premiums available for bilingual candidate

At this time, we are only accepting candidates from the following states: North Carolina Idaho, Utah, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Tennessee.

What Your Day Might Look Like

• Train new representatives for the Retention Team
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to representatives on customer retention
• Take escalated calls to help resolve customer issues from customers wanting to cancel services
• Help your team complete their tasks
• Review save opportunities and performance with team members
• Meet with leadership to provide feedback and methods of improving current systems
• Communicate with department leadership to find customer resolutions
• Review calls from your downlines to provide feedback and coaching
• Lead mini-camps with weekly focus goals
• Check & respond to emails
• Analyze and evaluate metrics to enhance systems for team members
