Job summary

Alta Pest Control in the United States is seeking a motivated Technical Services Appointment Scheduler to join our team. You will reach out to valued customers to schedule their bi-annual appointments and help ensure timely, high-quality service while representing Alta with pride.

You will maintain accurate records of interactions and schedules, collaborate with teammates to meet scheduling goals, and deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries during the scheduling process.

• Previous experience in sales is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a motivated Technical Services Appointment Scheduler to join our dynamic team at Alta. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to our valued customers to schedule their bi-annual appointments. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers receive timely and efficient service while enhancing their overall experience with Alta. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.

What Your Day Might Look Like

• Proactively contact current customers to schedule bi-annual appointments.
