Job summary

Alta Pest Control seeks a motivated Installer to perform light construction tasks and support pest control operations in Knoxville. You’ll handle attic remediations, barrier installations, rodent exclusions, and related duties while navigating tight spaces and extreme conditions.

Ideal candidates have construction experience, a valid license, and a teamwork mindset. You’ll travel as needed, contribute to a safety‑minded, client‑focused culture, and grow with a company that promotes from within.

• A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Perform light constructions task such as attic remediations, top-offs, vapor barrier installations, encapsulations, rodent exclusions, wildlife removal, termite work, gutter guard installations, and other light construction tasks.
• Work effectively in extreme conditions such as hot attics, outdoor work in cold weather, and on tall roofs.
• Navigate tight spaces and crawlspaces comfortably.
• Maintain a clean background and possess a valid driver's license.
• Provide reliable transportation to and from the main office.
• Work closely with teammates and other departments to keep things running smoothly
• Ensure every customer experience is a great one

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing various light construction tasks. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.
