Job summary

Matic is seeking an in-office Insurance Agent for retention on our Columbus, Ohio team. The role requires an active Personal Lines license and focuses on renewals, cross-sales, and client advocacy to increase retention and policy sales with existing customers.

You will renew reviews, endorse changes, and guide policyholders on claims-related items while meeting sales targets. The position includes a base hourly pay and a monthly bonus, plus benefits and stock options.

Qualifications

• Must have active Personal Lines License in resident state (Property & Casualty License Preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivation and a sales-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct renewal reviews and advise on coverages.
• Build rapport with clients via phone, email, and text.
• Organize tasks and notes to follow processes.
• Run sales with structured follow-ups and quality focus.
