Business Athlete Association - Ohio Division is seeking an Insurance Service and Conservation Specialist to retain our client base and grow opportunities. You will engage with clients to understand needs, coordinate with sales and service teams, and monitor renewals for upsell potential.

You will also contact policyholders with cancellations or lapses, present tailored solutions, and educate clients on benefits and long-term value. The role emphasizes independence while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations professionally.

• Knowledge of DocuSign software.
• Ability to work independently while meeting performance metrics.
• Life and Health license or willingness to obtain within 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing clients and pursue opportunities to increase client retention and revenue.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor policy renewals and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Convert term policies to permanent plans and assist with add-ons.
• Contact policyholders who requested cancellations or who lapsed.
• Explain policy benefits and options to clients to prevent losses.
• Call existing leads to set appointments and drive sales.
