Job summary

Matic is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent, Retention to join our customer service team focused on existing customers. The role aims to increase policy sales and retention by advocating for clients, selling additional products, and updating policies when applicable. You will report to the Manager of Retention.

The position requires an active Personal Lines license. Strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build rapport via phone, email, and text are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines License in your resident state (Property and Casualty License preferred).
• Self-starter with desire to learn and grow.
• Sales-driven mentality with comfort in a target-based role.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct renewal reviews, advise on coverages, answer questions, and re-shop when requested.
• Build rapport with clients via phone, email, and text quickly.
• Set and complete tasks with organized notes while following processes.
• Run sales process effectively with notes and follow-ups for customers.
• Provide sales with quality in mind, following call quality processes.
• Clearly articulate Matic value proposition to clients.
• Achieve sales targets for calls, cross-sales and retention.
