Job summary

Midco in Sioux Falls, SD seeks an Inside Sales Manager – Retention to drive revenue growth by leading and supporting the retention sales teams. You will help team members achieve their goals, develop strategies to keep existing customers, and promote additional and new sales across all product lines.

You will ensure the team is effective, motivated, and aligned with company objectives to maximize customer retention and overall sales performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years sales or customer retention experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a retention-based sales team aligned with policy and strategy.
• Execute successful residential customer retention strategies that also drive incremental and new sales.
• Set goals and monitor performance daily, weekly, and monthly with coaching.
• Produce accurate reports and provide analysis as needed.
• Provide timely performance feedback in regular reviews and address issues.
• Model Midco’s values and lead with integrity to maximize retention and sales.
• Ensure privacy guidelines and adhere to company policies.
