Job summary

Insight Global in Arlington, TX is seeking a Visitation & Retention Analyst to turn guest behavior data into measurable retention and visitation strategies. You will focus on passholder and membership behavior, retention forecasting, churn risk identification, and lifecycle campaign measurement.

This role partners with the Membership Manager and Visitation & Retention leadership to define metrics, build KPIs, and deliver dashboards that drive CRM, pricing, and park execution.

Qualifications

• Experience building predictive models for churn, retention, and CLV.
• Advanced SQL for analyzing large customer datasets.
• Proficiency in Python or R for stats and ML.
• Experience with lifecycle analytics (acquisition to churn).
• Experience creating dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable retention strategies.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop churn-risk models and retention forecasting for passholders and members.
• Analyze visitation patterns by customer type and lifecycle stage.
• Measure the effectiveness of Pass Perks and membership benefits.
• Partner with Membership Manager and leadership to prioritize analytics needs.
• Quantify revenue and visitation impact of retention initiatives.
• Build dashboards and recurring reporting on active base, churn, renewal, perks usage.
