Job summary

good2grow is seeking a Retailer Sales Insights Analyst to partner with the National Key Accounts team, turning retailer, customer, and channel data into meaningful insights and selling stories. You will analyze retailer-specific trends and deliver data-driven narratives for customer presentations, while supporting sales decisions and recommendations in collaboration with the Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years in business analytics or sales.
Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and Excel.
Willingness to learn Claude or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Analyze retailer and channel performance; share data-driven insights in meetings.
Support retailer business reviews, sales stories and presentations with data.
Create short briefs for retailer/channel needs; may build simple automations after intake.
Research competitive activity and channel trends to shape strategies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
