Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a designated zone of the store floor, focusing on merchandising and exceptional guest and associate experiences.

You will supervise frontline staff, ensure proper stocking, scheduling, and adherence to store standards, while driving productivity and customer service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning, receiving, and stocking of the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff for unloading/processing and drive associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates, communicate directives, and ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and handle additional tasks.
