Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a store zone, oversee merchandising, signage, and customer service, and ensure a positive associate experience.

You will supervise teammates, schedule staffing, open/close the store as needed, and uphold store standards while driving productivity and efficient operations. Strong communication and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute zone merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee stock planning and receipts to keep the sales floor properly stocked.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for unload/processing of merchandise and maintain associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates, communicate directives, and ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties including opening/closing the store as needed and other assigned tasks.
