Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Sheboygan, WI seeks a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone of the sales floor, oversee merchandising, and ensure an exceptional associate and customer experience. You will drive merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, and daily recovery while leading a team to meet store standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for assigned zone including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning and stocking for the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff for unload/processing; drive productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates, communicate directives, and ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close and other responsibilities.
