Ollie's Bargain Outlet in Wisconsin is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone of the sales floor, focusing on merchandising and delivering an exceptional associate and customer experience. You will oversee all aspects of merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery.

The role requires supervising a team, scheduling, and ensuring store standards and programs are followed. A strong customer service mindset and flexibility for evenings/weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning and receiving; ensure the sales floor is properly stocked.
• Schedule and staff for unload/processing of merchandise to the sales floor; drive associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the zone; communicate directives for follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
