Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Zone Team Leader to guide a store zone's merchandising and customer service efforts. The role includes supervising a team, overseeing displays, signage, replenishment, and ensuring exceptional store performance.

The candidate will open/close the store as needed, manage scheduling for the zone, and uphold company standards while driving a positive associate and customer experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer preferred.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

Mansioni

• Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations.
• Oversee process to ensure merchandise is planned for and received, and that the sales floor is properly stocked.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for effective unload/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity, daily task assignment, and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone, communicate company directives to ensure follow-up is completed.
• Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
