Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. seeks a Zone Team Leader to guide a store zone, act as keyholder, and drive top-notch merchandising and customer service. You will mentor a team, manage daily tasks, and ensure the zone operates smoothly while aligning with store goals.

You will oversee scheduling, staffing, and adherence to company programs, while maintaining a high standard of associate and customer experience. This role emphasizes reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all expectations.
• Oversee process to ensure merchandise is planned for and received, and the sales floor is properly stocked.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for effective unload/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up.
