Job summary

Ollie's Bargain Outlet is looking for a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and help maintain store appearance. You will focus on your assigned zone, ensuring merchandising standards and responsive service across shifts.

Responsibilities include merchandise recovery, pricing, and assisting with receiving and store maintenance. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with evening/weekend availability and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the zone is merchandised and recovered per visual standards.
• Assist customers, know current promotions, and drive sales.
• Maintain the assigned store zone and assist with receiving, pricing, and general cleanup.
