Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Zone Manager to partner with the General Manager in operating store(s) and lead teams to deliver exceptional customer service and in-store execution. The role involves coaching, training, and mentoring associates to uphold first-class standards.

The position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to pass required background checks. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team development and store performance.

Qualifications

• Put the customer first at all times.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to sales associates.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardère Background Check.
• POS and computer use, lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Put the customer first at all times (internal and external)
• Be a best in first class service role model and champion by providing on the job training & guidance to sales associates consistent with company practices.
• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team orientated environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardère Background Check.
• POS and Computer work, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing, bending.
