Role Overview

We are looking for Retail Workers to join our team at St. John Fisher in Rochester, NY for Buffalo Bills Training Camp. As a Retail Worker, you will create a fun, welcoming environment while engaging guests with personalized sales recommendations and take ownership of merchandise presentation, inventory, and overall operational excellence. Essential Functions

• Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team & fan base.
• Greet guests & ascertain their interest, so you may make sales recommendations.
• Create an exciting, positive, and welcoming environment for our diverse team and fan base.
• Warmly greet guests, assess their needs, and confidently make personalized sales recommendations.
• Take ownership of cleaning, restocking, and other assigned duties to maintain a high standard of appearance and readiness.
• Promote merchandise by suggesting complementary and add‑on items to maximize sales.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and proper use to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain organized merchandise displays, accurate inventory counts, and assist with inventory management as needed.
• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude toward customers, co‑workers, and management.
• Adhere to Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Available to work non‑traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).

Compensation
