Job summary

Litmus7 is seeking a Senior Workday Time & Payroll Consultant (US & Canada) for the Retail Industry. You will optimize Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll solutions supporting a large hourly workforce across the US and Canada.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Store Ops, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate payroll, compliant labor practices, and smooth scheduling. Strong Workday expertise and retail experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years Workday experience including Time Tracking, Payroll and Absence.
• 3+ years retail experience supporting large hourly populations.
• Strong knowledge of retail workforce management and multi-state payroll requirements.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Time Tracking for retail store, distribution center, and corporate employees.
• Configure and support Workday Payroll for US & Canada including year-end processing and payroll components.
• Lead testing activities for Workday enhancements and releases; perform unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Manage integrations and data integrity across Workday, WFM, scheduling, and benefits systems.
• Provide payroll and workforce analytics to retail leadership and stakeholders.
