High school diploma or GED preferred; previous retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle money accurately.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move donations up to 50–100 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with purchases and ring up sales.
• Handle cash, counts change, balance drawer, and prepare receipts.
• Package items and prepare bank deposits.
• Answer phones and provide directions/information.
• Assist donors by loading items to storage area and provide tax receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of the checkout area.
