Job summary

Inter IKEA Systems B.V. is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate for 12-19 hours per week in a retail environment. You will support order fulfilment, inventory, replenishment, and customer service in a fast-paced IKEA store setting.

The role requires physical capability, accurate inventory handling, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Training and benefits are provided for eligible co-workers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Physical demands: lifting, pushing/pulling, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Certification in power mobile equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to fulfillment of customer orders across store channels with efficient product availability.
• Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at receipt.
• Move products to final locations, both in storage and on the floor.
• Perform replenishment with guidance from visual merchandising standards.
• Pick and prepare customer orders within the required timeframe.
• Handle goods including unloading, transporting, stocking in/out, and loading.
• Operate scanners and inventory IT systems.
• Certify powered equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

What you'll be doing day to day

"Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process."

• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems.
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.

SHIFT: Retail Environment, must be able to work nights & weekends.
The hourly pay range for this position is $19.96 - $28.20
Experience with using power equipment and driving Forklifts preferred
