Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to serve customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in Illinois. The role blends tax expertise with community outreach to help clients complete returns, receive guidance, and learn about TurboTax products.

You will work on-site, build relationships, and grow the local client base while delivering an exceptional experience. Ideal candidates hold an EA/CPA/attorney license or PTIN, have 3+ years of tax preparation experience, and are

Formación

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
  • Active PTIN required to file taxes.
  • 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
  • Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsabilidades

  • Be a proactive community ambassador in the local TurboTax Retail ecosystem.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
  • Lead local marketing initiatives and build long-term client relationships.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Assist with tax planning discussions and respond to client inquiries with clear guidance.
