Job summary

Transport Enterprise Leasing (TEL) is seeking a Retail Specialist – Account Executive to drive retail equipment sales in a defined area, engaging walk-in traffic and prospective customers at TEL’s retail location. You will leverage TEL products, collaborate with the sales team, document activities in Salesforce, and strive to meet sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in B2B transportation sales, Salesforce experience, and strong negotiation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
2+ years of B2B sales in transportation.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to convert leads into sales.

Responsibilities

Drive retail equipment sales within the defined Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads; convert qualified prospects into sales.
Use Salesforce to document customer interactions and sales activities.
Achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Serve as primary contact for assigned prospects and coordinate with internal teams.
