Auto Club Enterprises, the largest AAA club, seeks a Retail Service Specialist in Honolulu to drive Legendary Service. You will greet members, identify needs, and cross-sell products while handling payments and notary tasks where required.

In this role you’ll assist with travel planning, vehicle license and registration services, passport photos, bookings for hotels and car rentals, and provide destination information. A high school diploma and retail or customer-service experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Notary license must be obtainable within 1 year.
• Experience with Microsoft Office basics.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and customers, determine their needs and provide Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required.
• Reach sales and service goals for multiple AAA products and services.
• Prepare and provide TripTik travel routings, maps and travel materials.
• Issue passport photos.
• Accept payments, balance and reconcile cash drawer.
• Make hotel and car rental reservations and provide travel destination information.
