Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a customer-focused sales/service associate to help members with cross-selling and upselling AAA products while delivering legendary care. You will greet members, assess needs, and drive exceptional service within a collaborative branch team.

Key duties include DMV services, notary work, travel routings, passport photos, processing payments, and arranging hotels/cars.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service/sales environment.
• Ability to consistently exceed sales or service quality goals.
• Notary license/Notary Public within required timeframe where applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and customers, determine their need and provide Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required.
• Reach sales and service goals (and earn incentives!) for multiple AAA products and services.
• Prepare and provide TripTik travel routings, marked road maps, tour books, and other travel-related materials.
• Issue passport photos.
• Accept payments for the various products, provide accurate change and receipts; balance and reconcile cash drawer.
• Make hotel and car rental reservations for members and provide travel destination information.
