Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in California is seeking a sales-and-service associate for our branch network. You will greet members, assess needs, and provide Legendary Service while cross-selling and upselling AAA products. You will also handle DMV tasks, notary services, and travel planning support.

Responsibilities include accepting payments, balancing cash, and helping members with hotel or car reservations. Mon-Fri with Saturdays as required; incentives are available based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales or service quality goals.
• Notary license may be required; obtain within 1 year where offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and customers, determine needs and provide Legendary Service.
• Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services as required.
• Reach sales and service goals for multiple AAA products and services.
• Prepare TripTik travel routes, marked road maps, and other travel-related materials.
• Issue passport photos and handle payments with accurate change and receipts.
• Balance and reconcile cash drawer; make hotel and car rental reservations; provide travel information.
