WIS International is hiring a Retail Travel Associate - Inventory for a part-time, active role in the Columbus area. Starting wage ranges from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour. The job includes flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases.

No inventory experience is required as training is provided. You will count and record inventory at retailer locations, travel weekly with the team, and strive for accuracy and productivity while staying active on your feet.

What You'll Do

• This team within WIS works primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.
• Will travel with the team weekly to customer locations across their region.

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations

This Is an Active Job

You will spend most of your shift:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
