The Retail Transformation Managerisa multi-unit field leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, operational excellence, leadership development, and transformational change across airport and resort retail locations.
This role partners with Store Managers and cross-functional teams to improve business performance, enhance customer experience, and ensure consistent execution of company standards. The successful candidate will serve as both an operational leader and training champion, delivering coaching, capability development, and business initiatives that drive measurable results.
Salary: $52,000 - 78,000 annually
This role requires significant travel to airport and resort locations and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended field assignments based on business needs.
