Job summary

CELINE, a French Leather-Goods and Couture House, is seeking agile and authentic professionals to join a highly creative environment at 598 Madison Ave, New York. You will contribute to training programs and digital learning initiatives across the retail network.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of internship or working experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a passion for luxury, design, and education. You will collaborate with merchandising, store leaders, and learning teams.

Qualifications

• Luxury fashion/retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of our seasonal collection training in partnership with the merchandising team
• Create engaging video contents & support the creation of training modules
• Coordinate the department’s onboarding programs and in-person facilitations
• Track and update our leaders weekly coaching participation
• Track and update the progression of our mystery shopping scores
• Ensure the stores’ proper digital learning completion by following up with leaders and providing weekly reporting
• Track the learning progression of each new employee
• Track monthly training hours delivered by the retail training team
• Update weekly learning curriculum for store teams
• Ensure onboarding resources are continuously updated and communicated to store leaders welcoming new hires

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

Education: Bachelors Degree or “Equivalent Experience"

EXPERIENCE:

• Position requires minimum 1 – 2 years of internship or working experience
