Job summary

CELINE in New York is seeking a proactive Retail Training Coordinator to support our seasonal collection training in partnership with the merchandising team.

You will create engaging video content and training modules, coordinate onboarding programs and in-person sessions, and track weekly coaching participation and mystery shopping scores. You will also report on digital learning completion and maintain up-to-date onboarding resources for store leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of seasonal collection training in partnership with merchandising team.
• Create engaging video contents & support the creation of training modules.
• Coordinate the department’s onboarding programs and in-person facilitations.
• Track and update leaders weekly coaching participation.
• Track and update the progression of mystery shopping scores.
• Ensure the stores’ proper digital learning completion by following up with leaders and providing weekly reporting.
• Track the learning progression of each new employee.
• Track monthly training hours delivered by the retail training team.
• Update weekly learning curriculum for store teams.
• Ensure onboarding resources are continuously updated and communicated to store leaders welcoming new hires.
