• Employee coaching and strong understanding of retail operations such as staffing, customer service, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs aligned with operational goals.
• Provide real-time coaching to employees and leadership teams.
• Engage in Academy Store to facilitate hands-on training.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors and site leadership to identify challenges and implement targeted solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of organization policies and procedures.
