Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of a Ames Tool Corporation store.
• Open and close the store when the Store Manager is absent.
• Merchandise products and organize showroom and warehouse.
• Report inventory discrepancies or customer issues to the Store Manager.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and cultivate new business.
• Perform order processing and merchandising activities.
• Conduct inventory and tool audits.
• Assist with planning and execution of customer events.
• Maintain organized files and accurate records.
