You will supervise a diverse team of 10–15 people, develop staff, and ensure efficient workflow and strong customer service to uphold Wynen's community-based thrift store ethos.

Candidates should have 5–10 years of supervisory retail experience, proficiency with Windows PC

• Strong ability to manage operations and deliver on financial goals.
